Hamstrings are the most common area new students ask me if this yoga method can positiviely effect. The answer is yes! In response to the urbanyogi community, I’ve decided to make several short guided videos that focus on this area in particular, with special attention paid to the area around the hamstrings and how to get movement, energy moving through these area that can feel like breeze blocks! For those with very long and open hamstrings, please pay attention to the getting the same open-ness through the back line of the spine and through the calf to the foot so as to integrate open-ness throughout the entire body and bring it into balance.
